Terms of Service Welcome to Puerto Rico Yacht Club, a premier provider of luxury yacht charters located in the picturesque area of Humacao, Puerto Rico. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. It is essential that you read them carefully as they govern your use of our service. #### 1. **Service Agreement** Puerto Rico Yacht Club agrees to offer the charter services stated in your booking confirmation according to the specifications set forth during your reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Puerto Rico Yacht Club. The charter package includes the specified yacht, crew services, and selected amenities. Please ensure you verify all details upon confirmation to avoid any discrepancies. #### 2. **Reservation and Payment Policy** To secure your yacht rental, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter fee must be received upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your departure date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of the initial deposit. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer, where additional processing fees may apply. #### 3. **Cancellation Policy** Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will incur a penalty of 50% of the total charter fee (deposit amount). Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund. #### 4. **Liability Limitation** Puerto Rico Yacht Club operates under strict safety guidelines for all charters. However, passengers partake in yacht activities at their own risk and do so willingly accepting all risks involved. Puerto Rico Yacht Club shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. #### 5. **Conduct and Policies** During your time with us, you are expected to adhere to our conduct policies aimed at ensuring safety and enjoyment for all passengers and crew members aboard. Any acts deemed inappropriate or dangerous may result in immediate termination of service without refund. These terms represent the full agreement between the user and Puerto Rico Yacht Club regarding the use of our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms as necessary without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service following any changes indicates acceptance thereof.
